ACCREDITATIONS

Credentials That Travel With Every Shipment

In international logistics, a certificate is more than a poster on the wall. It is a contractual promise to the shipper, to the consignee and to the regulator that the operator has been externally audited and found compliant.

The certifications below are maintained actively — surveillance-audited on their scheduled cycles and kept current by our QSE (Quality, Safety, Environment) team. Each certificate is available for download; if you need a signed and stamped original for tender documentation, please request it through info@msi-trans.com.

How to Verify or Request a Certificate Copy

Every certificate on this page is downloadable as a PDF copy of the original. For tender documents, RFQs or regulator-facing filings we can issue a stamped and signed copy on request. Contact info@msi-trans.com or call 0212 503 55 03 and ask for the QSE team.

If you are auditing MSI-Trans as a supplier and need an on-site walkthrough of the management system, the Compliance Director will schedule a remote or in-person visit within ten working days.

Frequently Asked Questions About Our Certifications

Q1. Are all the certificates listed here currently valid?

Yes. We only display certificates that are currently within their surveillance cycle. Expired certificates are removed from the website the same business day that validity lapses.

Q2. Can I receive a stamped, signed original for a tender submission?

Yes. Send the request to info@msi-trans.com with the customer’s name and the tender reference; the QSE team will issue the original within two working days.

Q3. Which certificate matters most for pharmaceutical shipments?

For road: ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ADR (where applicable) and GDP compliance. For air: IATA CEIV Pharma. For ocean: GDP plus ocean-carrier pharma programmes. We can issue a shipment-specific compliance letter covering all the standards that apply to your particular product.

Q4. Do you hold an AEO certificate?

Q5. Are you audited by any of your customers directly?

Yes. Major pharmaceutical and food customers typically conduct annual supplier audits under their own GDP, FSMA or internal ESG frameworks. We accommodate them as part of standard account governance.

Q6. Do you have a sustainability or ESG report?

Q7. How is information security managed under ISO 27001?

Customer data (shipment details, commercial invoices, consignee records) is classified, access-controlled and logged. Third-party integrations are onboarded only after a documented risk assessment. Incidents are escalated under our Information Security Incident procedure with time-bound notification commitments.

Q8. What happens if a certification lapses?

Internal QSE targets require re-certification at least 60 days before expiry. If a lapse is unavoidable we inform affected customers in writing before the certificate’s expiry date and set out the remediation plan.
