If you are an existing MSI-Trans customer and would like to share feedback — positive or critical — please email info@msi-trans.com or use the short review form below. Every review received is read by the operational account manager for that client and by the Managing Director.

Reviews published on this page always carry the author’s written consent and accurately reflect their original words. We do not edit customer language except to correct typos or to remove commercially sensitive information at the reviewer’s request.

Reviews and References — FAQs

Q1. Can I speak to a reference before awarding business?

Yes. Email the sector, lane and cargo profile you want to hear about. We will ask the matching reference client for permission to share their contact and introduce you directly.

Q2. Do you publish negative reviews?

We publish verified, signed customer feedback. Critical feedback is welcome and is handled under our ISO 10002 complaint-management process; where customers ask for the issue to be described publicly alongside our response, we do so.

Q3. Do you have a Trustpilot or Google Reviews presence?

Q4. How do you measure customer satisfaction internally?

A short quarterly survey to named customer contacts (5 questions) plus an annual NPS survey to the account owner Results are reviewed in the quarterly QSE management review with corrective actions assigned where scores drop.

Q5. Are testimonials paid for or incentivised?

No. We do not pay for reviews, offer discounts in exchange for reviews, or use third-party review-generation agencies.
