A Network That Looks Like Our Customers’ Trade Map
No single forwarder operates everywhere in its own name, and any forwarder that claims to is not telling the truth. MSI-Trans combines an owned fleet and owned operations centres with a carefully audited network of partners — bonded warehouses, customs brokers, last-mile carriers, sea and air carriers, technology providers — selected for consistency with our own service standards.
This page lists the partners we rely on, sorted by category and geography. Every partner on this page is contracted under a service-level agreement that mirrors the commitment we make to our end customer.
Industry Associations and Networks
Membership in recognised industry bodies is how we access standardised documentation, cross-border transit regimes and a pool of audited peer forwarders.

Carrier Partners
For modes we do not operate directly, we work with named ocean-line, airline and rail carrier partners. These relationships are governed by master contracts with jointly measured KPIs — schedule reliability, claims ratio, documentation accuracy and digital integration quality.

Technology Partners
The systems behind a modern freight forwarder matter as much as its trucks. Our technology partners power the transport management system, tracking, customs filing, temperature monitoring, e-document handover and client reporting.

How We Select and Audit Partners
Every partner on this page has passed a written due-diligence process covering regulatory compliance, financial health, insurance cover, information security, sustainability posture and a site or video audit of their own operations.
Partners are re-audited annually, or earlier if performance KPIs fall below the contractual threshold. If a partner’s performance cannot be brought back into SLA within a defined remediation window, the relationship is terminated and replaced. We treat the network the same way we treat our own team — by measured performance, not by habit.
Becoming a Partner or Agent
If your organisation is interested in becoming an MSI-Trans agent or partner in a market we do not currently cover, or would like to be considered as an alternative on an existing lane, we welcome the enquiry. Please send a short introduction — company profile, financial summary, relevant certifications and lane experience — to info@msi-trans.com.
Affiliates and Partners — FAQs
Q1. Are you a member of any global forwarding network?
Yes. We are a FIATA member via UTİKAD and participate in recognised global forwarder networks.
Q2. How many partner agents do you have worldwide?
Q3. Do you co-load with other forwarders?
Yes, where doing so improves transit time, cost or environmental performance for the customer. All co-loading is disclosed in the shipment file.
Q4. What happens if a partner fails to perform?
Our contract with the end customer is with MSI-Trans, not with the partner. If a partner misses SLA, we remediate with the customer first and manage the partner relationship separately — the customer never carries the cost of a network-partner failure.
Q5. Can I see a list of the specific customs brokers you use in each country?
Yes, for active customers on request. We do not publish the broker list openly on the website for commercial reasons.
Q6. Do you insure cargo moved by partner carriers?
Yes. Cargo insurance arrangements are the same regardless of whether the physical carriage is owned or partner-operated. Ask your account manager for a specific cargo-insurance quotation alongside the freight rate.
Q7. Are there partner logos on this page?
We display partner and membership logos only where we have written permission to do so. Partner names without logos appear because the partner has asked not to be visually featured, which we respect.
