If a partner&#8217;s performance cannot be brought back into SLA within a defined remediation window, the relationship is terminated and replaced. What happens if a partner fails to perform?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Our contract with the end customer is with MSI-Trans, not with the partner. If a partner misses SLA, we remediate with the customer first and manage the partner relationship separately \u2014 the customer never carries the cost of a network-partner failure.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Q5. Can I see a list of the specific customs brokers you use in each country?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Yes, for active customers on request. We do not publish the broker list openly on the website for commercial reasons.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Q6. Do you insure cargo moved by partner carriers?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Yes. Cargo insurance arrangements are the same regardless of whether the physical carriage is owned or partner-operated.
